Artist's Comments

My entry for :iconblackwolf-embers:/:iconxx-rin:'s contest. I'm pretty proud of it but my scanner ate it and I'm not happy with a few tiny things that I crappily touched up on Photoshop.

Koray is a fire mage so I used charcoals as his elemental art tool (because char-coal=fire...)
Mizuki is a water mage so I used a watercolour paintbrush (Obvious reason why...and not that original @_@)
Chaz is a spirit mage so after long hard thought I gave him a pencil (because a pencil is what I use (Not sure about everyone else) to plan and sketch out rough ideas...so it's the basis of my creativity)

>4 Hours, pencil, fineliner, coloured pencil...

You did a marvelous job with the colours here! Very vivid, very lovely. Nice blending/shading, too :)

*chuckles* I almost thought that they were fire whips, too. ((I don't have a pair of those, yet...))
